Recently, the State Director of the Michigan Tenth Amendment Center Shane Trejo appeared on “Tough Talk” with Paul Taros to discuss nullification. He specifically focused upon the ways that law enforcement is violating the Constitution to harm our privacy and property rights. He talked about Big Brother and civil asset forfeiture as well as Stingray devices, which collect cellular data in a blanket manner and are already being deployed throughout Michigan.

Here is the entirety of that video:

“Unfortunately, Oakland County was one of the pilot programs, one of the first counties to actually bring [Stingray] technology into the nation. They have been using it for years, and the Oakland County Sheriff’s Department refuses accountability and transparency regarding it. This is a highly alarming development, and unfortunately it is right here at our doorstep right now.” – Shane Trejo, State Director of the Michigan Tenth Amendment Center
